Established in the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes started as a family company in the Northern Italy's biggest industrial location. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide range of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming machines.
During the year 1963, the business began crane production. The company eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru currently produces and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machines are engineered and designed for a variety of uses and there are available models which can cover all construction needs.
FMgru has some extremely flexible lifting options for smaller companies working on private homes and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Other models comprise topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both extremely adaptable and user friendly. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes offer a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These cranes are specially designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
