Never let anybody on a forklift who isn't trained to use the forklift. Your business must develop and post in a visible place all forklift safety measures.
Instead of going through training because staff are required to, they should have a positive attitude in doing so. You as the employer must help workers know the significance of correct training. Let them know that they could injure or kill not just themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to ensure that all your workers go through training seriously.
